Procedimiento para la mejora de la estructura organizativa de dirección en la empresa agropecuaria “Valle del Yabú” de Villa Clara

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta a continuación tiene como objetivo elaborar un procedimiento para la mejora de la estructura organizativa de dirección, siendo este el enfoque primordial del estudio, en la empresa agropecuaria “Valle del Yabú” de la provincia de Villa Clara, perteneciente al MINAGRI, la cual ha venido desarrollando profundos cambios como parte del proceso inversionista al cual esta sujeta. Este estudio está estructurado en tres capítulos, el primero lo constituye el marco teórico-referencial el cual aborda una serie de temáticas vinculadas al tema de la investigación, destacando las principales concepciones y líneas metodológicas en el plano mundial y especialmente en Cuba. En el segundo, se realiza el diagnóstico integral de la organización con el objetivo de determinar la situación actual de esta, tomando como referencia los criterios de los más destacados exponentes del tema; y centrándose en el empleo de la encuesta, como herramienta fundamental, para su desarrollo. En el capítulo tres, se lleva a cabo el desarrollo del objetivo de la investigación, transitando a través de la comprensión de los antecedentes, leyes y exigencias necesarias para su elaboración y la validación del mismo por un grupo de expertos. Al finalizar cada capítulo se presentan un conjunto de conclusiones y al término del estudio las concusiones generales de la investigación acompañadas por las recomendaciones para la misma y los anexos correspondientes.

The investigation that is presented next has as objective to elaborate a procedure for the improvement of the organizational structure, being this the primordial focus of the study, in the agricultural company "Valle del Yabú" of the county of Villa Clara, belonging to the MINAGRI, which has come developing deep changes like part from the process investor to the one which this subject one. This study this structured in three chapters, the first one constitutes it the mark theoretical-referencial which approaches a series of thematic linked to the topic of the investigation, highlighting the main conceptions and ideological lines in the world plane and especially in Cuba. In the second, it is carried out the integral diagnosis of the organization with the objective of determining the current situation of this, taking like reference the approaches of the most outstanding exponents in the topic; and being centered in the employment of the survey, as tool, for their development. In the chapter three, are carried out the development of the objective of the investigation, trafficking through the understanding of the antecedents, laws and necessary demands for their elaboration and the validation of the same one for a group of experts. When concluding each chapter they are presented a group of conclusions and at the end of the study the general concussions of the investigation accompanied by the recommendations for the same one and the corresponding annexes.
