dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó en el complejo hotelero Villa la Granjita-Hostal Mascotte de Villa Clara, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento para la identificación, evaluación y control de los riesgos laborales en ese complejo hotelero; tomándose como referencia las normas cubanas de la familia 18000:2005. Se aplicaron un conjunto de métodos y técnicas, entre las que se destacan: el método de expertos, las entrevistas, la observación directa, entre otras. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el complejo hotelero objeto de estudio, obteniéndose una evaluación de deficiente. Como una contribución en este sentido, se realizó un inventario de riesgo laborales y un plan de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el complejo hotelero Villa la Granjita-Hostal Mascotte.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation was carried out in the hotel complex Villa la Granjita-Hostal Mascotte of Villa Clara, with the objective of applying a procedure for the identification, evaluation andcontrol of the labor risks in that hotel complex; taking like reference the cuban norms of the family 18000:2005. They were applied a group of methods and technical, among those that stand out: the method of experts, the interviews, and the direct observation, among others.
