Diseño de la estrategia de compras en la UEB Combinado Cubanacán de la Empresa de Bebidas y Refrescos de Villa Clara

Resumen
El trabajo se basa en la problemática de la no existencia de una estrategia de compras de los aseguramientos a las producciones en la UEB Combinado Cubanacán perteneciente a la Empresa de Bebidas y Refrescos de Villa Clara. En la investigación se utiliza un procedimiento adaptado a partir del diseñado por Fanjul Vázquez (2007) para elaborar la estrategia general de dicha actividad en la empresa. Este procedimiento está estructurado en siete pasos, cada uno con sus particularidades y aspectos distintivos; comenzando con la caracterización general de la organización, análisis de la estrategia de la organización, diagnóstico o análisis estratégico de la logística, diseño de la estrategia logística, diseño de la estrategia de compras, aplicación de la estrategia de compras, y finalmente, el seguimiento y control de los indicadores generales de desempeño. El trabajo se estructura en dos capítulos, un capítulo I dedicado a la fundamentación teórica de los diferentes conceptos y tendencias relacionadas con la temática y la selección del procedimiento para la elaboración de la estrategia de compras, y un capítulo II que trata sobre la aplicación del procedimiento en la empresa en cuestión y se muestran los principales resultados alcanzados.
The work is based on the problem of the not existence of a strategy of purchases from the insurance to the productions in the UEB Combinado Cubanacán belonging to the Empresa de Bebidas y Refrescos of Villa Clara. In the investigation a procedure is used adapted starting from the one designed by Fanjul Vázquez (2007) to elaborate the general strategy of this activity in the company. This procedure is structured in seven steps, each one with its particularities and distinctive aspects; beginning with the general characterization of the organization, analysis of the strategy of the organization, diagnostic or strategic analysis of the logistics, design of the logistical strategy, design of the strategy of purchases, application of the strategy of purchases, and finally, the pursuit and control of the general indicators of acting. The work is structured in two chapters, a chapter I dedicated to the theoretical foundation of the different concepts and tendencies related with the thematic one and the selection of the procedure for the elaboration of the strategy of purchases, and a chapter II that it tries on the application of the procedure in the company in question and the main reached results are shown.
