Resumen
En la actualidad es preocupación el capital humano que aportará en cada una de las organizaciones, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo perfeccionar el proceso de incorporación al empleo del personal, en la UEB CUBIZA, Villa Clara. Tomando en consideración la línea de administración y economía para el desarrollo humano y social, la investigación se desarrolla porque se encuentran en este proceso, algunas limitantes, entre ellas, la evaluación de la preparación, tanto académica como profesional de los candidatos, porque no se tienen en cuenta los perfiles de competencias de los diferentes puestos. Para diagnosticar el estado del proceso y en aras de determinar los principales problemas que inciden en el mismo, se utilizaron diferentes herramientas ingenieriles, de recopilación y análisis de los resultados, que permitieron aplicar una mejora al procedimiento aplicado. Como principales conclusiones se presentan, la adecuación y aplicación de un procedimiento, con una estructura coherente desde el punto de vista teórico-metodológico para la incorporación al empleo en la UEB CUBIZA, Villa Clara que contribuirá sustancialmente a superar las debilidades del procedimiento existente, convirtiéndose en una herramienta factible para concebir más objetivamente el proceso de incorporación al empleo del personal, logrando que éste se desempeñe de forma eficiente en función del cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos de la empresa, así como q1ue la propuesta fue valorada positivamente por el comité de expertos en cuanto a la factibilidad de la misma, el perfeccionamiento del proceso propiamente, su facilidad de aplicación, sostenibilidad y viabilidad.
At the present time it is concern the human capital that will contribute in each one of the organizations, the present investigation work he/she has as objective to perfect the incorporation process to the personnel's employment, in the UEB CUBIZA, Villa Clara. Taking in consideration the administration line and economy for the human and social development, the investigation is developed because they are in this process, some restrictive, among them, the evaluation of the preparation, so much academic as the candidates' professional, because they are not kept in mind the profiles of competitions of the different positions. To diagnose the state of the process and for the sake of determining the main problems that impact in the same one, different tools ingenieriles they were used, of summary and analysis of the results that allowed to apply an improvement to the applied procedure. As main conclusions they are presented, the adaptation and application of a procedure, with a coherent structure from the theoretical-methodological point of view for the incorporation to the employment in the UEB CUBIZA, Villa Clara that will contribute substantially to overcome the weaknesses of the existent procedure, becoming a feasible tool to conceive the incorporation process more objectively to the personnel's employment, achieving that this acts in an efficient way in function of the execution of the goals and objectives of the company, as well as q1ue the proposal was valued positively by the committee of experts as for the feasibility of the same one, the improvement of the process properly, its application easiness, sostenibilidad and viability.
