dc.description.abstractLa Empresa Constructora de Obras de Ingeniería #25 (ECOING 25), forma parte de Organización Superior de Dirección Empresarial de Construcción y Montaje, se ubica geográficamente en el municipio de Santa Clara. Se encuentra insertada en el proceso de Perfeccionamiento Empresarial y está certificada por las Normas ISO, siendo el estudio del subsistema de planificación de la producción vital para la búsqueda de alternativas que conlleven a una mayor eficiencia y competitividad. El objetivo general que se persigue con el desarrollo de la investigación consiste en elaborar un procedimiento para la planeación de la producción que permita una mejor utilización de los recursos y medios a partir de un mejor aprovechamiento de la capacidad productiva instalada y con ello una mayor satisfacción de la demanda de la empresa. Con el presente trabajo se persigue demostrar que realizando una adecuada planificación de la gestión productiva se logran mejores resultados en el proceso productivo, garantizando su influencia en los resultados económicos de la Empresa.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Company Manufacturer of Works of Engineering #25 (ECOING 25), it forms part of Superior Organization of Managerial Address of Construction and Assembly, it is located geographically in the municipality of Santa Clara. It is inserted in the process of Managerial Improvement and it is certified by the ISO Norms, being the study of the subsystem of planning of the vital production for the search of alternatives that bear to a bigger efficiency and competitiveness. The general objective that is pursued with the development of the investigation consists on elaborating a procedure for the planning of the production that allows a better use of the resources and means starting from a better use of the installed productive capacity and to achieve a bigger satisfaction of the demand of the company. With the present work it is pursued to demonstrate that carrying out an appropriate planning of the productive administration better results are achieved in the productive process, guaranteeing their influence in the economic results of the Company.en_US
