Análisis del comportamiento de la sustitución de importaciones: sector energético, Villa Clara

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda aspectos conceptuales sobre la sustitución de importaciones, fundamentalmente en cuanto a la obtención de energía a partir de fuentes renovables. Se exponen elementos acerca de los costos de producir energía, así como los factores productivos que influyen en el intercambio comercial vinculado a este sector estratégico. Se hace un análisis a partir de la disminución del consumo de los principales portadores energéticos a nivel institucional y municipal en la provincia de Villa Clara. Por último se analizan e interpretan los resultados obtenidos en algunos proyectos en cuanto a su impacto económico, social y ambiental de la utilización de portadores energéticos renovables. A partir de la respuesta a los objetivos se establecen las conclusiones y se brindan las recomendaciones resultado de la investigación.

The present work approaches conceptual aspects on the substitution of imports, fundamentally as far as the obtaining of energy from renewable sources. Elements are exposed about the productive costs of producing energy, as well as factors that influence in the tie commercial interchange to this strategic sector. An analysis from the diminution becomes of the consumption of the main power carriers at institutional and municipal level in the province of Villa Clara. Finally the results obtained in some projects as far as their economic, social and environmental impact are analyzed and interpreted of the use of renewable power carriers. From the answer to the objectives the conclusions settle down and they offer to the recommendations result of the investigation.
