Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Diploma muestra el proceso de desarrollo de una herramienta
informática utilizando el software Mediator en su versión 8.0, destinada a facilitar el proceso
de enseñanza y aplicación de la asignatura Gestión de Procesos I en plan de estudio D en la
Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial y Turismo de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las
Villas, partiendo de la unión de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las
comunicaciones con el compendio de conceptos, herramientas y técnicas estudiadas en la
asignatura Gestión de Procesos I.
El uso de la Multimedia “Gestión de Procesos I” permite de una forma sencilla y amena
conocer las técnicas y herramientas a utilizar en la mencionada asignatura, así como medir el
nivel de adquisición de estos conocimientos a través de las preguntas de comprobación y la
solución de los ejercicios resueltos y propuestos. La Multimedia se destaca por su valor
teórico ya que integra las técnicas y conceptos relacionados con la Gestión de Procesos I y
por su valor metodológico, pues contiene en un solo material todos los temas de la misma
con el uso de la informática.
The major paper shows the process of developing a software tool using the Mediator in its software version 8.0 so as to facilitate the teaching and application of Process Management course I in D curriculum at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Tourism of the Central University “ Marta Abreu “ of Las Villas, starting from the joining of the up-to-date technologies of information and communications, with a valuable compendium of concepts, tools and techniques studied in the course Process Management I. The use of the multimedia process management enables us to learn, in an easier and enjoyable way, the tools and techniques to be used in this subject, so as to measure the levels of acquisition by means of control questions and the exercises proposed in this paper. The multimedia is relevant by its theoretical and methodological values, since it integrates techniques and concepts closely related to Process Management I, as well as it comprises all issues within the same material, specially, throughout the use of computers.
