dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó en la Oficina del Conservador de la Ciudad de Trinidad y el Valle de Los Ingenios, con el objetivo de proponer el diseño de un Manual de Gestión de la Comunicación, a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico de comunicación realizado. Se utilizó la alternativa metodológica cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental transaccional descriptivo. Para la selección de la muestra se empleó un muestreo probabilístico estratificado, con el uso de la tómbola para la selección aleatoria de los sujetos. Los instrumentos utilizados para la recogida de información fueron: la revisión de documentos oficiales, la observación no participante, el cuestionario y la entrevista semiestructurada. A partir de los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico de comunicación realizado en la institución, se propone el Manual de Gestión de la Comunicación para la Oficina del Conservador de la Ciudad de Trinidad y el Valle de Los Ingenios, tributando a la gestión de la comunicación en la entidad. Acorde a lo estructurado en el Manual, se recomienda implementar el sistema de comunicación en la empresa.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out at the Office of the Conservator of the City of Trinidad and the Valle de Los Ingenios, with the aim of proposing the design of a Communication Management Manual, based on the results obtained in the communication diagnosis carried out. The quantitative methodological alternative was used, with a descriptive non-experimental transactional design. For the selection of the simple a stratified probabilistic sampling was used, with the use of the tombola for the random selection of the subjects. The instruments used to collect information were the review of official documents, non-participant observation, the questionnaire and the semi-structured interview. Based on the results obtained in the communication diagnosis carried out in the institution, the Communication Management Manual for the Office of the Conservator of the City of Trinidad and the Valle de Los Ingenios is proposed, paying tribute to the communication management at the entity. According to what is structured in the Manual, it is recommended to implement the communication system in the company.en_US
