Conclusions: the application to the object of practical study evidenced its viability, and its usefulness in terms of progress towards quality levels in the universities, which Nicaraguan society demands, expressed this, in the behavior of a set of management indicators; as well as having contributed to the simplification of the administrative systems at the University and promoted the integration of a planning system.
