Diseño del sistema de gestión integrado de capital humano según las NC 3000 – 3002: 2007 en la empresa textil “Luis A. Turcios Lima” SAREX.

Abstract

La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo diseñar el sistema de gestión integrada de capital humano para la empresa textil “Luis A. Turcios Lima” SAREX y que satisfaga los requerimientos de las normas cubanas (NC) 3000-3002:2007, “diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión integrado de capital humano”, a partir de la definición de sus procesos empresariales, la documentación, organización y coherencia con el Sistema de gestión de la calidad existente en la entidad. Se aplica un diagnóstico del capital humano en la entidad sobre la base de diferentes herramientas de búsqueda y tratamiento de información tales como: cuestionarios, observación, listas de chequeo, trabajo con especialistas y revisión documental para definir en una matriz DAFO el estado real de la entidad y los puntos fuertes y débiles respecto al capital humano. Por último se desarrolla un diseño del sistema integrado de gestión del capital humano acorde a las características de la empresa textil “Luis A. Turcios Lima” SAREX y que a su vez satisfaga los requerimientos de las NC 3000-3002:2007, validándose el mismo por un grupo de especialistas de la entidad, y mediante, el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 11.5 de Windows. Por último, se analizan e interpretan los resultados obtenidos. Una vez obtenidos los resultados del estudio, dándose respuesta a los objetivos inicialmente planteados, y a la hipótesis de partida, se establecen las conclusiones y se brindan las recomendaciones resultado de la investigación.

This present investigation, it has like objective design the system of administration composed from human capital for the textile company "Luis A. Turcios Lima "SAREX and that it satisfy the requirements of the cuban norms (NC) 3000-3002: 2007, "Design and implementation of the system of administration composed from human capital," starting from the definition of their managerial processes, the documentations, organization and coherence with the system of administration of the existent quality in the entity. They work hard a diagnosis of the human capital in the entity on the base of several gear of search and treatment of like information like: questionnaire, observation, list of check, work with specialists and documents revision in order to define the royal state of the entity and the strong and weak points concerning the human capital in a DAFO matrix. Lastly a design of the system composed of administration of the capital develops in agreement human to the characteristics of the textile company "Luis A. Turcios Lima "SAREX and that it you to their time satisfy the requirements of the NC 3000-3002: 2007, validating the same for a group of specialists of the entity, and by means of, the package statistical SPSS version 11.5 of Windows. Once gotten the outputs of the study, giving up answer to the objectives initially expounded, and to the hypothesis of parting, they settle down the conclusions settle down and the recommendations of the investigation are offered.
