dc.description.abstractEl presente Trabajo de Diploma se realizó en la Unidad de Asistencia Técnica (UAT) de la Empresa Militar Industrial (EMI) “Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara” de Villa Clara. Contiene un análisis crítico de la literatura especializada y otras fuentes, donde se abordan aspectos relacionados con las definiciones, sistemas y tipos de mantenimiento existentes. De igual modo se profundizan aspectos de la gestión del mantenimiento, específicamente en los referidos a la evaluación a través de indicadores y auditorías. Muestra además la implementación de un procedimiento que permite la realización de la auditoría de mantenimiento, determinándose los problemas que afectan la gestión del mantenimiento así como la evaluación de dicha gestión.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present Work of Diploma was carried out in the Unit of Technical Attendance (UAT) of the Industrial Military Company (EMI) "Major Ernesto Che Guevara" of Villa Clara. It contains a critical analysis of the specialized literature and other sources, where aspects related with the definitions, systems and existent maintenance types are approached. In a same way aspects of the administration of the maintenance are deepened, specifically in those referred to the evaluation through indicators and audits. It also shows the implementation of a procedure that allows the realization of the maintenance audit, being determined the problems that affect the administration of the maintenance as well as the evaluation of this administration.en_US
