Resumen
La incorporación de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TICs), así como los retos que imponen a la sociedad se convierten en nuevos desafíos educativos; que exigen la formación de profesionales preparados integralmente, en función de elevar la calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación superior, en correspondencia con la maestría pedagógica que demanda la actual sociedad de la Información y la gestión del conocimiento.
En este sentido, se proyectó la investigación cuyo propósito fue: Elaborar un programa de entrenamiento en Informática Educativa dirigido a los docentes de Tecnología de la Salud, en Villa Clara. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa mediante un estudio correlacional con un diseño pre-experimental. Se emplearon para la recogida de información: la revisión documental y cuestionarios, para la elaboración del entrenamiento: métodos y técnicas psicopedagógicas y para la validación del mismo su implementación. Los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados cuantitativamente a partir del análisis porcentual, para ello se utilizó la aplicación Microsoft Excel, versión 2007.
Se llegó a la conclusión que existen dificultades en el conocimiento para la utilización de las TICs en función de la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los profesores de la facultad de Tecnología de la Salud y la aplicación del programa de entrenamiento en Informática Educativa, evidenció un cambio positivo relacionado con los requisitos psicopedagógicos para la utilización de las TICs en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
The incorporation of the Technologies of the Information and the Communications (TICs), as well as the challenges that impose to the society become new educational challenges; that they demand the formation of integrally prepared professionals, in function of elevating the quality of the process of teaching learning in Higher Education, in correspondence with the pedagogic mastery that demands the current society of the Information and the administration of the knowledge. In this sense, the investigation was projected, whose purpose was: To elaborate a program of training in Educational Computer science directed to the teachers of Health Care Technology, in Villa Clara. A quantitative investigation was carried out, by means of a correlation study with a pre-experimental. They were used for the collection of information: the documental revision and questionnaires, for the elaboration of the training: methods and technical psychopedagogical, and for the validation of the same one their implementation. The obtained results were analyzed quantitatively starting from the percentage analysis, for it was used it the application Microsoft Excel, version 2010. The conclusion was that difficulties exist in the knowledge for the use of the TICs in function of the direction of the process of teaching learning in the professors of Health Care Technology, with the application of the program of training in Educational Computer science, a positive change related with the psychopedagogical elements was evidenced for the use of the TICs in the teaching-learning process.
