Sistema de gestión y control de renta de ómnibus en la UEB Transgaviota Centro

Abstract

El turismo ha alcanzado un desarrollo gradual convirtiéndose en uno de los principales sectores de la economía nacional, de ahí que se justifiquen las permanentes exigencias hacia su perfeccionamiento, fundamentalmente en la actividad transportista con los turistas y otros servicios de transportación asociados al objeto social previsto. Se impone, entonces, la necesidad de establecer sistemas de gestión que contribuyan a la efectividad de la empresa. La UEB Transgaviota Centro no queda exenta de esta problemática. Por lo que en el presente trabajo se analizan los métodos, procedimientos y resultados del proceso de contratación de los servicios de renta para ómnibus en la UEB Transgaviota Centro; esto permitió mantener un hilo conductor durante el desarrollo de la investigación y obtener los resultados esperados con la aplicación de una solución informática que contribuye a elevar la eficiencia en la operación de los ómnibus y la eficacia en el complejo proceso de renta de dicha entidad.

The tourism has reached a gradual development by becoming one of the main branches of the national economy, that is why there are permanent demands depending on its perfection, mainly in tourists’ transportation activities and other activities related to transports that are associated whit the planned social objects. It prevails, then, the necessity of establishing management systems than contributed to the effectiveness of the company. The UEB Transgaviota Centro is not free from these problems. That is why in this work there is an analysis of the methods, procedures and results of the contract process of the rent services for buses in the UEB Transgaviota Centro, this allowed to maintain a straight leading line during the research progress and to obtain the expected result with the applications of the computing solutions that contributes to raise the efficiency in the buses’ work and the effectiveness in the complex rent process of the mentioned company.
