dc.description.abstractEste trabajo se trazó como objetivo el dotar a las autoridades locales de un Diagnóstico del Hábitat, que de forma integral y multisectorial ayudara a esclarecer la situación habitacional en el municipio de Placetas y según los resultados del mismo establecer acciones que se puedan ejecutar en el territorio para el mejoramiento del hábitat municipal. En primer lugar se realizó un análisis de las condicionantes históricas que determinaron el desarrollo y evolución del hábitat, para ello se dividió la investigación por períodos y se indagó en cada uno de ellos las características tanto socio - demográficas, económicas, administrativas, cómo de infraestructura y servicios relacionados con el hábitat. Posteriormente se aplicó una he rramienta de diagnóstico creada por especialistas, la cual permitió establecer las potencialidades, limitantes y déficits que actualmente presenta el territorio. Y por último a partir de los resultados del diagnóstico realizado se trazaron las principales acciones a ejecutar para mejorar los problemas habitacionales existentes.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research work is to explain to the local authorities the habit diagnose that the integral and multisectorial way, help to light up the habitational situation in Placetas municipality and according to the results of then to institute act ions that we can execute in the territory for the best municipality habitat. First of all we realize an analisys of the historical conditions to determine the evolution and development of habitat, we divide the investigation in periods and we investigate t he sociodemografic, economical, administrative, structure and service related with the habitat. After that we applied a diagnose created for specialists that permit to establish the power limitants and deficit that actuality presents the territory. And fin ally since the diagnose we plan the principal actions to recover the habitat problems that exist in our tawn.en_US
