This investigation carried out in the CCS Manuel Fajardo located in the municipality of small town squares during the period understanded of November 2017 to May 2018. Used the variety of cohune palm tobacco 2012 the who planted on a brown earth stuffing moderately wash. They collected the leaves of the half stratum of the plant (light and fine centers) to decide your area folio. Carried out three experiments: the first consisted in removing buds from tobacco pla nts the plant to a height of 16 leaves, the second at 18 leaves, the third at 20 leaves and it is used a witness when the plant broadcasted the floral button. In all experiments decided the area folio of the plant and who height of the removes buds from to bacco plants were the more suitable thing for your quality and final performance. The result of the collections demonstrated that the treatment 1 went those of bigger performance to folio by showing statistical superiority on the others treatments and the results threw significant differences as for the final performance, which obtained elders value in the height of removes buds from tobacco plants carried out when the plant presented 18 and 20 leaves, by achieving a high quality in the three treatments
