Elaboración de curvas de aprendizaje, para el ajuste del ciclo logístico, en la Planta de productos químicos de la Empresa LABIOFAM Villa Clara

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la Planta de productos químicos, perteneciente a la Empresa LABIOFAM de Villa Clara. Esta entidad es la encargada de la producción de biofarmacéuticos y químicos. En especial, en la investigación se profundizó en artículos de higiene y limpieza del hogar y se determinó la duración de la red logística de producción de detergentes para realizar la curva de aprendizaje del ciclo logístico. Todo ello con el objetivo de ajustar su duración y reducir el plazo de entrega a los clientes. Para ello, el punto de partida fue una detallada revisión bibliográfica sobre temas referidos a la logística, ciclos logísticos y curvas de aprendizaje. Luego se caracterizó la entidad objeto de estudio, donde se muestra los principales aspectos de la organización, posteriormente se describió la red logística y determinó la duración de su ciclo hasta llegar a la elaboración de la curva de aprendizaje. Para llegar a este último punto, fue necesario hacer uso de herramientas y la simulación estadística. En la realización de los cálculos se utilizó el SPSS Statistics, el Excel y la herramienta de la curva de aprendizaje para obtener los factores de conversión y ajustar el ciclo logístico.

This research was conducted at the chemical plant belonging to the LABIOFAM Company Villa Clara. This entity is responsible for the production of biopharmaceuticals and chemicals. In particular, the investigation deepened on hygiene and household cleaning and duration of the logistics network detergent production was determined to make the learning curve the logistics cycle. All with the aim of adjusting the duration and reduce the delivery time to customers. For this, the starting point was a detailed literature review on issues related to logistics, logistics cycles and learning curves. The entity under study, where the main aspects of the organization sample was then characterized, then the logistics network described and determined the duration of the cycle up to the development of the learning curve. To get to this last point, it was necessary to use statistical tools and simulation. SPSS Statistics, the Excel tool and the learning curve for the conversion factors and adjust the logistics cycle was used in the calculations.
