Sistema para estimar y monitorear la carga contaminante en la Provincia Villa Clara

Abstract

El Grupo de Gestión Ambiental perteneciente a la Unidad de Gestión que responde a la Delegación Provincial del CITMA de Villa Clara, tiene la necesidad de contar un sistema que permita estimar y monitorear la carga contaminante en la provincia Villa Clara. El proceso de estimación de la carga contaminante se realiza a partir del uso de fórmulas matemáticas, las cuales dependen de la actividad que realiza la fuente a estimar. Son identificados como componentes esenciales para obtener un sistema que permita estimar y monitorear la carga contaminante, la implementación de una base de datos que almacene los registros históricos de las fuentes contaminantes y una herramienta que realice el cálculo propiamente de la carga contaminante. Como resultado final de este trabajo se obtuvo la implementación computacional de un sistema web que permite estimar y monitorear la carga contaminante en la provincia Villa Clara así como generar reportes de cargas, los que pueden contribuir a favorecer la gestión ambiental en el territorio.

Environmental Management Group owned by the management unit belonging to the Provincial Delegation of CITMA Villa Clara (according to the English acronym), needs a system to estimate and monitor the pollutant load in the province of Villa Clara. The process of estimating the pollution load is carried by using mathematical formulas, which depend on the activity performed to estimate the source. They are identified as essential for this task, the implementation of a database to store historical records of pollution sources and a tool that makes the actual calculation of the pollution load. The final result of this research was the computational implementation of a web system to estimate and monitor the pollutant load in the province of Villa Clara and as well as to generate reports of charges, which may contribute to environmental management in the territory.
