Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolla en la Empresa de Investigaciones y Proyectos
Hidráulicos de la provincia Villa Clara, proponiendo el diseño de un sistema de
información empresarial con enfoque de reglas de negocio. Para ello se analizan los
antecedentes de sistemas de información o aplicaciones presentes en la EIPH, se
clasifica y caracteriza el sistema de información empresarial propuesto y se describe la
composición del sistema. Para ello se realizó una investigación exhaustiva con el fin de
obtener todos los requisitos del negocio de la entidad, las funcionalidades de las
aplicaciones que actualmente utilizan y los procesos que se pudieran automatizar con
la nueva propuesta. Además se conceptualiza el enfoque de reglas de negocio,
justificando la utilización de dicho enfoque y presentando las reglas identificadas para
cada área de la empresa. La principal novedad del sistema, cuyo diseño se presenta en
este trabajo, es la integración de varias áreas de la empresa en una sola aplicación
computacional, aportándole un valor práctico, dado por la cantidad de trabajadores que,
aunque en áreas diferentes, utilizaran el software, lo que posibilita un uso más óptimo
de los recursos computacionales con que cuentan.
This work is developed in the Research Company of hydraulic investigation located in Villa Clara province, suggesting the design of an enterprise information system refocused with business rules approach and an easy way to manage. It analyzes the history of information systems and present applications on the EIPH, also it classify and characterize the present propose system and explain the system composition. We develop an investigation base to obtain all the business requisites, all application functions and process that can be automated with the new development. We also base on business rules, justified the utilization of the mention system, focus and presenting all identity rules for each area. The principal of the system with design are presented on the job. It’s one of the many areas of this business in one computerize app. Due to the amount of employees working on the same software even known in different areas. This will allow a much brighter and easy use aside from the one offer now.
