Resumen
El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado en la Unidad Empresarial de Base
SERVICITMA de Villa Clara. En esta investigación se ha desarrollado un procedimiento
para la elaboración de los Perfiles de Competencias de dicha entidad, orientado al
logro de una gestión eficaz de los Recursos Humanos.
Para la realización del mismo se comenzó con la búsqueda de conceptos relacionados
con la Gestión de Recursos Humanos, Competencias laborales entre otros, aspectos
necesarios para la formación de las bases del posterior diagnóstico de la situación
actual de los Recursos Humanos, tomando como referencia para el mismo el Modelo
de gestión de Recursos Humanos de Diagnóstico, Proyección y Control de gestión
propuestos por Cuesta Santos(2005), además de la aplicación de técnicas como: la
observación directa, la revisión documental, tormenta de ideas y entrevistas realizadas
a directivos y trabajadores con un alto grado de conocimiento de las actividades de la
empresa.
El procedimiento aplicado sirvió para la identificación de las competencias distintivas de
los cargos y puestos de trabajo. Al desarrollarlo permitió obtener como resultado los
Perfiles de Competencias del Departamento de Producción y Servicio de la UEB, los
cuales resultan superiores a los profesiogramas de cargo existentes, que solo
expresaban funciones o tareas. Es fuente de un nivel elevado de información respecto a la entidad de estudio en cuestión y brinda información significativa a la gestión de
Recursos Humanos y al empleado, efecto que se puede extender a la totalidad de los
cargos y puestos de trabajo de la organización.
The present work of diploma went carry out in the managerial drive of basing SERVICITMA of Villa Clara. In this investigation it has developed a procedure for the manufacture of the competitive profiles of this entity, found one's bearings to the attainment of an effective step of the human resourceses. For the realization of the same thing it began to him with the search of concepts related with the step of human resourceses, competences labor between other, necessary aspects for the formation of the bases of the later diagnosis of the current situation of the human resourceses, taking as referral for the same the model of step of human resourceses of diagnosis, projection and control of step proposed by Cuesta Santos ( 2005 ), besides the application of techniques as: the direct observation, the documentary revision, storm of ideas and interview carried out to directive and working with a high degree of knowledge of the activities of the undertaking. The applied procedure served for the identification of the distinctive competences of the posts and sets of work. to the develop permitted it obtain in consequence the competitive profiles of the department of prodction and service of the UEB, those which result superiors to the profesiogramases of existent post, that single expressed function or tasks. It is font of a high level of information concerns to the entity of study under discussion and offers significant information to the step of human resourceses and to the employee, effect that it can be expand to the totality of the posts and sets of work of the organization.
