dc.description.abstractLa sociología del conocimiento dentro de su objeto de estudio se encarga de analizar el desarrollo y las variaciones de la actividad y producción científica. Las políticas editoriales favorecen o limitan la producción de conocimientos teniendo en cuenta que la mayor parte del conocimiento científico publicado es en revistas. Se plantean como objetivos del estudio: 1) identificar las relaciones que se establecen entre las políticas editoriales científicas y la sociología del conocimiento y 2) examinar las problemáticas presentes en las políticas editoriales científicas que condicionan los análisis que se realicen desde la sociología del conocimiento a la literatura científica publicada. Para la obtención de resultados se emplean métodos y técnicas en los niveles teórico y empírico. Se identifica que la sociología del conocimiento como disciplina científica debe analizar las políticas editoriales como intermediaria del conocimiento científico publicado que constituye un reflejo social. Se determina que las políticas editoriales actualmente favorecen el posicionamiento de las revistas y limitan el desarrollo de paradigmas científicos emergentesen_US
dc.description.abstractThe sociology of knowledge within its object of study is responsible for analyzing the development and variations of scientific activity and production. Editorial policies favor or limit the production of knowledge taking into account that most of the scientific knowledge published is in journals. The objectives of the study are: 1) to identify the relationships established between scientific publishing policies and the sociology of knowledge and 2) to examine the problems present in the scientific editorial policies that condition the analyzes carried out from the sociology of knowledge to the published scientific literature. To obtain results, methods and techniques are used at the theoretical and empirical levels. It is identified that the sociology of knowledge as a scientific discipline must analyze editorial policies as an intermediary of published scientific knowledge that constitutes a social reflex. It is determined that the editorial policies currently favor the positioning of journals and limit the development of emerging scientific paradigmsen_US
