Resumen
En este trabajo se realiza la validación parcial de la determinación de nitrato, cloruro y cianuro en muestras de aguas naturales y residuales empleando electrodos selectivos. Se evalúan los parámetros de desempeño: linealidad, sensibilidad, límite de detección (LD), límite de cuantificación (LC), precisión y veracidad. Se llevó a cabo además una comparación entre la curva de calibración establecida y el método de adición del patrón. Se observó el efecto matriz, lo que se manifiesta en los porcientos de recobrado obtenidos. Se realizó la determinación de nitrato y cloruros en muestras de agua de pozo y aguas residuales y los resultados se comparan con los límites máximos permisibles establecidos en las normas cubanas en materia de agua y aguas residuales.
In this research the partial validation of the determination of nitrate, chloride and cyanide in samples of natural waters and wastewaters using selective electrodes is performed.
