dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de diploma forma parte de una tesis doctoral enfocada hacia el estudio de estrategias logísticas en procesos de Carpintería de Aluminio. En correspondencia con ello contiene tres aspectos esenciales: en primer lugar, una detallada revisión bibliográfica sobre temas referidos a la logística, cuyo fin esencial fue logrado, ya que estuvo dirigido a la obtención de las principales tipologías de estrategias logísticas que se han publicado en la literatura científica especializada conjuntamente con las herramientas que más se aplican para implementarlas, con lo que se obtuvo el estado del arte de la investigación. En segundo lugar, la tesis incluye una caracterización detallada de la Empresa Constructora Militar de Villa Clara, su Cuadro de Mando Integral, la caracterización de la Unidad Básica Carpintería de Aluminio y su sistema logístico, perteneciente a la entidad antes mencionada, lográndose con todo ello el estado de la práctica de la investigación. Finalmente y como tercer aspecto se hizo un análisis estratégico del sistema logístico de la Unidad Básica Carpintería de Aluminio, llegándose a realizar un diagnóstico del mismo y a trazar una estrategia logística, resultante de la combinación de dos estrategias de las planteadas por los autores.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis work is part of a doctoral thesis focused toward the study of logistical strategies in processes of Carpentry of Aluminum. In correspondence with she controls three essential aspects: in the first place, a detailed bibliographical revision on topics referred to the logistics whose essential end was achieved, since it was directed to the obtaining of the main typology of logistical strategies that you/they have been published jointly in the specialized scientific literature with the tools that more they are applied to implement them, with what the state of the art of the investigation was obtained. In second place, the thesis includes a detailed characterization of the Company Military Manufacturer of Villa Clara, its Square of Integral Control, the characterization of the Unit Basic Carpentry of Aluminum and its logistical system, belonging to the entity before mentioned, being achieved with everything it the state of the practice of the investigation. Finally and I eat third aspect a strategic analysis of the logistical system of the Unit Basic Carpentry of Aluminum it was made, being ended up carrying out a diagnosis of the same one and to trace a logistical strategy, resultant of the combination of two strategies of those outlined by the authors.en_US
