Diseño e implementación de las herramientas visuales del módulo de proyecto

Abstract

En las Empresas Eléctricas del país se ha comenzado a trabajar en la implantación del Modulo de Proyectos del Sistema Integral de Gestión de Redes (SIGERE), estableciendo una norma en lo referente al cálculo del presupuesto de las líneas eléctricas. Quedando aun pendiente establecer un estándar para la simbología de los proyectistas y un programa único de diseño el cual debe contar con herramientas que faciliten el trabajo. El objetivo del presente trabajo es la creación de una barra de herramientas y consultas gráficas estandarizando la simbología del croquis de un proyecto que permita desde el dibujo la actualización de los datos del SIGERE. El desarrollo de estas herramientas apoyadas en un sistema de información geográfica (Dirección Integrada de proyecto SIGE) permite, además de establecer un estándar de representación gráfica, la expansión óptima de las redes de distribución, al conocer en detalles sus características y ubicación en el mapa, disminuye el tiempo de realización del proyecto al actualizar con el dibujo la base datos del SIGERE. Al incorporar la labor del área de proyectos en el SIG se logra la actualización automática de la cartografía disminuyendo los levantamientos de las Redes. Por lo que es una presente y novedosa realidad que los proyectistas tengan en sus manos, la posibilidad de tener todos los datos de la línea eléctrica en la cartografía.

In the Electric Companies of the country have begun to work in the installation of the Module of Projects of the Integral System of Administration of Nets (SIGERE), establishing a norm regarding the calculation of the budget of the electric lines. Being even slope to establish a standard for the symbols of the planners and an unique program of design which should have tools that facilitate the work. The objective of the present work is the creation of a toolbar and graphic consultations standardizing the symbols of the outline of a project that it allows from the drawing the upgrade of the data of the SIGERE. The development of these tools supported in a geographical information system (GIS) it allows, besides establishing a standard of graphic representation, the good expansion of the distribution nets, when knowing in particulars its characteristics and location in the map, diminishes the time of realization from the project when upgrading with the drawing the data base of the SIGERE. When incorporating the work of the area of projects in the SIG the automatic update of the cartography it is achieved diminishing the risings of the Nets. For what is a present and novel reality that the planners have in their hands, the possibility of having all the data of the electric line in the cartography.
