| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se desarrolló en el hotel “Brisas Santa Lucía” en la provincia de Camagüey con el objetivo de contribuir a la gestión de riesgos laborales siguiendo las pautas de las normas cubanas 18000. Con tal propósito se aplicó el procedimiento propuesto por Pérez Rodríguez y Sotolongo Sánchez (2013). Este procedimiento incluye la identificación de las situaciones peligrosas y los riesgos asociados a partir de la ocurrencia de un accidente de trabajo, propone la aplicación del método general de evaluación de los riesgos de la Resolución No. 31/2002 y como salidas incluye el inventario de riesgos, el informe de investigación de accidentes de trabajo, en caso de que estos ocurran y el programa de prevención correspondiente. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicaron técnicas de obtención de información, tales como: la observación directa, el análisis documental, el cuestionario y la lista de chequeo, entre otras que permiten obtener veracidad en los resultados y aportan rigor científico a la investigación. Los principales resultados obtenidos son el inventario de riesgos laborales y el programa de prevención actualizado del programa de gestión de la seguridad y salud del trabajo (SST) para el hotel “Brisas Santa Lucía”. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was developed in the hotel "Brisas Santa Lucía" in the county of Camagüey with the objective of contributing to the administration of labor risks following the rules of the Cuban norms 18000. With such a purpose the procedure was applied proposed by Pérez Rodríguez and Sotolongo Sánchez (2013). This procedure includes the identification of the dangerous situations and the associate risks starting from the occurrence of a work accident, it proposes the application of the general method of evaluation of the risks of the Resolution No. 31/2002 and I eat exits it includes the inventory of risks, the report of investigation of work accidents, in case these they happen and the program of corresponding prevention. For the development of the investigation they were applied technical of obtaining of information, such as: the direct observation, the documental analysis, the questionnaire and the checkup list, among others that allow to obtain truthfulness in the results and they contribute scientific rigor to the investigation. The main obtained results are the inventory of labor risks and the up-to-date program of prevention of the program of administration of the security and health of the work (SST) for the hotel "Brisas Santa Lucía." | en_US |
