Pautas para la implementación del teletrabajo y el trabajo a distancia en la Dirección Provincial del BPA de Villa Clara

Abstract

La Dirección Provincial del Banco Popular de Ahorro de Villa Clara tiene entre sus retos evaluar y determinar sobre las posibilidades reales de implementar el teletrabajo y el trabajo a distancia, sin afectar la calidad de sus prestaciones. Asimismo, no dispone de instrumentos metodológicos que le faciliten el cumplimiento de este objetivo de trabajo, impuesto en un contexto epidemiológico complejo derivado de la aparición de la pandemia COVID-19. En el desarrollo de esta investigación se considera el objetivo general siguiente: establecer las pautas para la implementación del teletrabajo y trabajo a distancia en la Dirección Provincial del Banco Popular de Ahorro en Villa Clara. Inicialmente se presentan los resultados del estudio de la bibliografía especializada y se selecciona un instrumento metodológico que facilita la solución del problema de investigación a resolver. Luego, muestran los resultados de un estudio de clima laboral en la Dirección Provincial del BPA de Villa Clara, para determinar sobre la factibilidad y pertinencia de implementar el teletrabajo o el trabajo a distancia en esta organización. Finalmente, se aplica de forma parcial el instrumento metodológico seleccionado, para facilitar la formulación de las pautas que se proponen como solución al problema de investigación a resolver. El índice de satisfacción grupal de usuarios alcanzados, y la aprobación por parte del Consejo de Dirección de las pautas propuestas para la implementación del teletrabajo y trabajo a distancia en la Dirección Provincial del Banco Popular de Ahorro en Villa Clara, corroboran la solución del problema de investigación planteado en esta investigación.

The Management Office of the Banco Popular de Ahorro of Villa Clara province has among its challenges to evaluate and determine the real possibilities of implementing teleworking and remote work without affecting the quality of its benefits. Likewise, it does not have methodological instruments for facilitating the fulfillment of this goal which it is imposed in a complex epidemiological context derived from the appearance of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the development of this research, the general objective is to establish the guidelines for the implementation of teleworking and remote work in the Management Office of the Banco Popular de Ahorro of Villa Clara province is considered. Firstly, the results of the study of the specialized bibliography are presented and a methodological instrument for obtaining the solution of the research problem to be solved is selected. Then, the results of a work environment study in the Management Office of the Banco Popular de Ahorro of Villa Clara province to determine the feasibility and relevance of implementing teleworking or remote work in this organization is presented. Finally, the selected methodological instrument to facilitate the formulation of the guidelines that are proposed as a solution to the research problem to be solved is partially applied. The achieved users' satisfaction index and the approval of the proposed guidelines for the implementation of teleworking and remote work by the Direction Board of Management Office of the Banco Popular de Ahorro of Villa Clara province corroborate the solution of the research problem identified in this study.
