The construction of multifamily buildings has formed during the revolutionary period a viable solution to address the housing problem. At present the Projects Company and Research of the Revolutionary Military Forces, develop a constructive program is characterized by the predominance of Modified Great Panel. This system has presented in recent years certain problems in the quality of its panels in their implementation components. The introduction of such FORSA formwork for reinforced concrete construction, successfully resolved some of these problems, their effectiveness has determined to focus the development of the organization to the technology. The conception of the building designs is centralized at national level, with the existence of only four variants to implement in all country. These solutions typify and reduce the chances of formwork technology, undermining the use of context-specific constraints to locate, environmental comfort and identity. There are also problems in the spatial configuration by Cuban standards. This thesis project proposes to develop three design solutions for block fifteen in the new development area José Martí in the city of Santa Clara. It develops the variant "Long building", longitudinal growth parallel to the street, the "Building corner" for a corner plot and the "Long building comfortable", with characteristics similar to the first but with improvements in the volume and provision of ancillary spaces.
