Resumen
En el presente trabajo investigativo se propone el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental integrado al Sistema de Gestión Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo existente en la Empresa de Bebidas y Refrescos de Villa Clara. Para ello, inicialmente se aplica un diagnóstico o revisión ambiental inicial con el fin de realizar un análisis de la situación ambiental real en la misma, evaluando los impactos asociados a los aspectos identificados en las actividades que se realizan, mediante la aplicación de dos metodologías de evaluación de impactos con el fin de validar una de ellas. Como resultado del trabajo se realiza la propuesta del soporte documental del sistema integrado así como las modificaciones a introducir en el mismo. Los principales resultados están asociados al Programa de Gestión Ambiental que establece los objetivos y metas a cumplimentar, Manual de gestión, procedimientos, instrucciones y descripciones generales para cumplimentar los requisitos establecidos por la norma cubana NC ISO 14001:2015 para los sistemas de gestión ambiental.
In the present investigative work, the Environmental Management System integrated to the Safety and Health at Work Management System existing in the Drink and Refreshment Company of Villa Clara is proposed. For this, initially an initial environmental diagnosis or review is applied in order to perform an analysis of the actual environmental situation in it, evaluating the impacts associated with the aspects identified in the activities carried out, by applying two methodologies of impact evaluation in order to validate one of them. As a result of the work, the proposal of the documentary support of the integrated system is made as well as the modifications to be introduced in it. The main results are associated with the Environmental Management Program that establishes the objectives and goals to be completed, Management Manual, procedures, instructions and general descriptions to comply with the requirements established by the Cuban standard ISO ISO 14001: 2015 for environmental management systems.
