Resumen
La presente investigación se realiza en la Empresa de Antenas de Villa Clara, con el objetivo de implementar un procedimiento para la gestión de los riesgos para la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), que contribuya al diagnóstico, la evaluación y prevención de los efectos negativos en el bienestar social, mental y físico de los trabajadores que ofrece la empresa. Para el cumplimiento de este objetivo se utilizan técnicas como revisión bibliográfica para la elaboración del marco teórico referencial de la investigación, además de realizarse la revisión de documentos, consulta a especialistas, observación directa y la aplicación de un cuestionario y lista de chequeo. Se realiza además un diagnóstico de la situación actual en cuanto a la SST dentro de la organización para conocer sus particularidades. Algunos de los resultados obtenidos son: el desarrollo de un procedimiento que se aplica en la UEB de Producción para identificar, clasificar y evaluar los riesgos para la SST y se actualizó el plan de prevención de la entidad en correspondencia con los nuevos riesgos detectados en la investigación, que permita reducir los mismos a niveles aceptables, para conseguir la seguridad de los trabajadores y lograr con ello la satisfacción del cliente final
The present investigation is carried out in the Company of Antennas of Villa Clara, with the objective of implementing a procedure for the administration of the risks for the Security and Health in the Work (SST) that contributes to the diagnosis, the evaluation and prevention of the negative goods in the social welfare, mental and physical of the workers that he/she offers the company. For the execution of this objective they are used technical as bibliographical revision for the elaboration of the mark theoretical referencial of the investigation, besides being carried out the revision of documents, it consults to specialists, direct observation and the application of a questionnaire and it lists of checkup. He/she is also carried out a diagnosis of the current situation as for the SST inside the organization to know their particularities. Some of the obtained results are: the development of a procedure that is applied in the UEB of Production to identify, to classify and to evaluate the risks for the SST and the plan of prevention of the entity was upgraded in correspondence with the new risks detected in the investigation that allows to reduce the same ones at acceptable levels, to get the security of the workers and to achieve with it the satisfaction of the final client.
