dc.description.abstractCarahatas constituye un poblado pesquero que debido a sus condiciones de riesgo por efectos del cambio climático requiere ser reasentado. En este sentido, las experiencias anteriores han sido desfavorables, aspecto que ha propiciado un distanciamiento entre la población y la municipalidad en términos de gestión de riesgo. Tampoco existe una planificación municipal respecto a la organización, financiamiento ni respaldo productivo para una futura acción ejecutiva. La presente investigación constituye la continuidad en la aplicación de una estrategia metodológica con estos fines. La decisión final sobre la ubicación del hábitat destino hacia “La Llamará” es parte de sus resultados relevantes, producto del consenso entre los actores sociales implicados, con una marcada respuesta a los intereses sociales. Para la concepción del nuevo hábitat, se propone un modelo metodológico para el diseño participativo, donde se utilizan técnicas que se basan las características del contexto y sus participantes, que se enfocan al trabajo conjunto, con flexibilidad e intercambio directo. En el desarrollo del taller, se elabora una respuesta urbana y arquitectónica basadas en las demandas sociales e intereses de gobierno e instituciones, que aboga por un modelo de producción social del hábitat. Las soluciones se basan en criterios de representatividad, con productos flexibles como la vivienda, que se conciben bajo marcos constructivos y financieros limitados en su etapa inicial, pero que posteriormente se diversifica a partir de las posibilidades y aspiraciones de cada familia. Los resultados que se presentan han sido aceptados por la municipalidad como la respuesta oficial para el futuro de Carahatas de cara al cambio climático.en_US
dc.description.abstractCarahatas is a fishing village, due to its risk conditions by climate change needs to be resettled. In this sense, previous experiences have been unfavorable, an aspect that has led to a distance between the population and the municipality in terms of risk management. There is also no municipal planning regarding the organization, financing or productive support for future executive action. The present research constitutes the continuity in the application of a methodological strategy to these ends. The final decision on the location of the destination habitat towards "La Llamará" is part of its relevant results, product of the consensus among the social actors involved, with a marked response to social interests. For the conception of the new habitat, a methodological model for participatory design is proposed, using techniques that are based on the characteristics of the context and its participants, which focus on working together, with flexibility and direct exchange. In the development of the workshop, an urban and architectural response is elaborated based on the social demands and interests of government and institutions, which advocates a model of social production of the habitat. The solutions are based on criteria of representativeness, with flexible products such as housing, which are conceived under limited construction and financial frameworks in their initial stage, but which subsequently diversify based on the possibilities and aspirations of each family. The results presented have been accepted by the municipality as the official response for the future of Carahatas in the face of climate change.en_US
