Resumen
La Educación Superior Cubana aboga por un nuevo modelo de aprendizaje dirigido a posibilitar nuevas formas de aprender, basado en el dominio de las tecnologías para afrontar los complejos desafíos analizados desde la pedagogía universitaria y los entornos que pueden contribuir al desarrollo y al dominio de las competencias y habilidades dirigidas a garantizar la calidad de la educación. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar la asignatura Representación Gráfica I sobre la Plataforma Educativa Moodle para apoyar su proceso de aprendizaje en el primer año de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas. Durante la investigación se aplicaron métodos científicos de nivel teórico y empírico, tales como análisis sintético, histórico-lógico, inductivo-deductivo, análisis de documento, encuestas y entrevistas personalizadas, con los métodos y técnicas aplicadas se pudo constatar que existe una insuficiente bibliografía impresa y actualizada para la impartición de los temas de la asignatura que dificulta el estudio independiente de los estudiantes, el diseño del cuso “Representación Gráfica I” sobre la Plataforma Educativa Moodle va contribuir a la formación de ingenieros competentes, al proporcionarle una herramienta que apoye el proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje de la asignatura mediante su utilización en clase y a través del estudio independiente, contribuye un aporte a la práctica pedagógica actual de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil, el curso debe ser implementado a todas las carreras que reciban estos conocimientos.

The Cuban Higher Education advocates a new learning model aimed at enabling new ways of learning, based on the mastery of technologies to face the complex challenges analyzed from university pedagogy and the environments that can contribute to the development and mastery of competences and skills aimed at guaranteeing the quality of education. The objective of this research is to design the subject Graphic Representation I on the Moodle Educational Platform to support their learning process in the first year of the Civil Engineering degree at the "Marta Abreu" Central University in Las Villas. During the investigation scientific methods were applied at theoretical and empirical level, such as synthetic, historical - logical, inductive - deductive analysis, document analysis, surveys and personalized interviews, with the methods and techniques applied it was found that there is an insufficient printed bibliography and updated for the delivery of the subjects of the subject that hinders the independent study of students, the design of the "Graphic Representation" on the Moodle Educational Platform will contribute to the training of competent engineers, by providing a tool that supports the process teaching - learning the subject through its use in class and through independent study, contributes to the current pedagogical practice of Civil Engineering, the course must be implemented to all careers that receive this knowledge.
