Resumen
La integración entre los distintos departamentos, áreas y procesos constituye uno de los elementos a considerar para alcanzar el éxito empresarial. El presente trabajo se enmarca en la Empresa de Materiales de Construcción de Villa Clara, ubicada en la ciudad de Santa Clara, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento para la integración de los sistemas y procesos en la empresa objeto de estudio para una mejor gestión empresarial. Como base de conocimiento para llevar a cabo la investigación, se realiza una variada revisión bibliográfica que abarca aspectos como la integración estratégica, la Dirección Estratégica Integrada y sus principios de gestión por procesos y orientación a los servicios. Para darle cumplimiento al objetivo se aplica un procedimiento elaborado por Aliaga Castillo (2015) para darle solución a las principales problemáticas que atentan contra la integración del sistema empresarial. En el desarrollo del estudio se aplicaron técnicas para la obtención y análisis de la información tales como: observación directa, entrevistas individuales, técnicas de trabajo en grupo, análisis de documentos y registros así como el software estadístico SPSS versión 21. La aplicación del procedimiento posibilitó la detección de las principales causas que originan la insuficiente integración en los procesos y sistemas de la empresa objeto de estudio, y a partir de estas, proponer diferentes vías de mejora y la proyección del plan de acción para minimizarlas.
The integration among the different departments, areas and processes constitutes one of the elements to consider reaching the management success. The present research is based on the Construction Materials Company of Villa Clara, located in Santa Clara city, with the objective of applying one procedure for the integration of the systems and processes in the company study object for a better management administration. A varied bibliographical revision had being carried out for this investigation success, that embraces aspects such as the strategic integration, the Integrated Strategic Management and their management process principles and orientation towards services. To reach success towards the objectives Aliaga Castillo (2015) procedure´s had being applied, also to eradicate the main problems that attempt against the integration of the management system. Throughout these, research several techniques had being applied to get information such as direct observation, interviews, group work techniques, data analysis as well as some statics software such as SPSS version 21. The application of these procedures allowed the detection of the main causes that originated the insufficient integration of the processes and systems in the company. Using them as a starting point, we put forward different roads to improve the projection of the action plan to minimize these difficulties.
