Resumen
A nivel mundial las empresas que se dedican a la prestación de servicios, reconocen que para ser
cada vez más competitivas necesitan prestarle especial atención al capital humano. En nuestro
país, al igual que en todo el mundo existen insuficiencias en el desempeño del Sistema de Gestión
del Capital Humano (SGCH). Como una contribución en este sentido, en la presente investigación
se aplicó un procedimiento de auditoría interna y autocontrol para instalaciones turísticas hoteleras
con el objetivo de diagnosticar las principales insuficiencias en el desempeño del Sistema de
Gestión del Capital Humano en el Hotel Villa La Granjita- Hostal Mascotte. Como principales
resultados se detectó la necesidad de priorizar aquellas políticas referidas a la permanencia y al
desarrollo del personal, específicamente aquellas cuestiones relacionadas con el diseño de los
perfiles de competencia. Además que no se utilizan las evaluaciones de desempeño como
retroalimentación de las restantes políticas de recursos humanos. Finalmente, se diseñaron un
conjunto de políticas y acciones de mejora las cuales no representan desembolsos de capital de
consideración para el Hotel.
At world level the companies that are dedicated to services renders, recognize that to be more and more competitive they need to pay special attention to the human capital. In our country, the same as in the entire world inadequacies exist in the acting of the System of Administration of the Human Capital (SAHC). Like a contribution in this sense, in the present investigation it was applied a procedure of internal audit and autocontrol for hotel tourist facilities with the objective of diagnosing the main inadequacies in the acting of the System of Administration of the Human Capital in the, Villa La Granjita Hotel- Hostal Mascotte. As main results was detected it the necessity of prioritizing those policies referred to the personnel's permanence and development, specifically those questions related with the design of the competition profiles. Also that the acting evaluations are not used as feedback of the remaining policies of human resources. Finally, they were designed a group of improvement policies and actions which don't represent payments capital of consideration for the Hotel.
