Mapeo de actores claves del alojamiento turístico en Santa Clara.

Abstract

Actualmente, el análisis desde la perspectiva de los actores del alojamiento turístico, así como el interés sobre cómo estos se relaciona y en un contexto dado, ha ganado una importancia relevante y el mapeo de actores claves (MAC) se está utilizando cada vez más como herramienta de diagnóstico y gestión de las relaciones de los actores en un territorio. En la ciudad de Santa Clara se han realizado varios estudios que han determinado la existencia de dificultades en la gestión del alojamiento turístico desde la perspectiva de las relaciones entre sus actores. Consecuente con ello el objetivo general de esta investigación es elaborar los mapas de actores claves del alojamiento turístico en Santa Clara a partir de los intereses asociativos. Se tomó como base metodológica el procedimiento propuesto por Alvarez, 2015 apoyado por técnicas de investigación cuantitativas y cualitativas como el análisis documental, entrevistas, encuestas, la matriz de análisis de MAC y el mapeo de actores. Los resultados permitieron conocer las principales problemáticas y su incidencia en los diferentes actores del alojamiento turístico en el territorio, a partir de los cuales se determinaron los intereses asociativos de dichos actores, y como estos tienen interés en mantener las relaciones, sin embargo el grado de posición y poder que tienen cada uno de ellos, no favorece que hoy se establezcan relaciones de cooperación entre los actores. Por ello se proponen premisas encaminadas a sentar las bases para una mejor relación entre los actores

Nowadays, the analysis from the perspective of accommodation´s stakeholder of tourism, and the interest about how do they mix and perform in different contexts; it has increase its importance and the stakeholders mapping (MAC) is being used as diagnostic tool and for managing the stakeholder relationships in a territory. In Santa Clara city, several studies have determine the existence of difficulties in the touristic accommodation administration from the perspective of the stakeholder relationships. The general objective of this investigation is to draw up the stakeholder´s maps of the touristic accommodation in Santa Clara city starting from the association interest. It was used as methodological base, the procedure of Alvarez, 2015 supported by several investigation techniques as documental analysis, interview, survey, the analysis matrix of MAC, and the stakeholder mapping. The results allow knowing the main problems and its impact in the different touristic accommodation´s stakeholders in the city, after them, it was determined the association interest between them, and how they have the interest to keep the relationships, however the position and power that they have, is not in favor of establishing cooperation relationships between the stakeholders.
