Resumen
El Molino de Arroz perteneciente a la Empresa Agropecuaria Emilio Córdova no se encuentra ajeno a las exigencias de los nuevos sistemas de dirección y gestión de la economía y la introducción de los adelantos científico–técnicos, insertándose en un proceso de cambio donde el logro de la eficiencia económica sea el principal elemento en lo referente al desarrollo futuro, por lo que decidimos realizar un trabajo en esta entidad valorando su flujo de producción y sus capacidades para todo el proceso de molinado, así como las posibles soluciones para el incremento del volumen de producción.
Se tuvo en cuenta los diferentes puntos:
�� Análisis de flujo.
�� Métodos de trabajo a emplear.
�� Balance actual de las capacidades.
�� Propuesta de mejoras.
Se utilizaron numerosas técnicas que sirvieron de soporte para lograr los resultados obtenidos y dar cumplimiento a los objetivos trazados, entre las que se encuentran la Fotografía individual detallada, Diagrama de Flujo, Entrevistas y revisión de documentos.
The Mill of Rice belonging to the Agricultural Company Emilio Córdova is not foreign to the requirements of the new systems of direction and management of the economy and the introduction of the advances scientist-technicians, being inserted in a process of change where the achievement of the economical efficiency is the principal element as for the future development, for what we decide to realize a work in this entity valuing his flow of production and his capacities for the whole process, as well as, the possible solutions for the increase of the volume of production. There were used numerous skills that served as support to achieve the obtained results and to fulfill the planned targets, between that they find the individual detailed Photography, Flowchart, Interviews and review of documents.
