Currently there are many studies in the field of bioacoustics, mainly in the area of cetaceans. Combining different branches of science such as biology, acoustics and computer science to investigate behaviors, classification of species and all thanks to the signals emitted by these animals to be processed in different graphics such as spectrograms or spectral and by different Algorithms capable of estimating each trait and then making deeper studies, is the main theme of this work, to create an application with free software tools capable of manipulating in a certain way the signals emitted by marine animals, specifically dolphins, taking as point starting the estimation of fundamental features as they are fundamental frequency. The significant contribution that shines in this research is the use of correlation methods and sum of harmonics to extract these features for later use.
