Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general implementar la ejecución de un programa interventivo encaminado a disminuir las manifestaciones de violencia en estudiantes del grupo séptimo cuatro de la escuela "Antonio Aúcar" de la ciudad de Santa Clara, basado en la reflexión personal acerca de las manifestaciones de violencia en su comportamiento.
Para su implementación se realiza un diagnóstico de las principales manifestaciones de violencia presentes en el grupo séptimo cuatro de la escuela secundaria "Antonio Aúcar”, obteniéndose las siguientes conclusiones diagnósticas: La violencia psicológica en el aula, la violencia entre iguales mayormente es física y verbal manifestándose la falta de respeto entre compañeros. La violencia ejercida por parte del profesor hacia el alumnado mayormente es verbal, como forma disuasoria cuando el adolescente incumple las órdenes o por actos de indisciplina.
Partiendo de estas conclusiones diagnósticas se halla pertinente implementar la ejecución del programa interventivo propuesto. Se aplica mediante un pre-experimento apoyado en métodos empíricos como: cuestionario, entrevista, entre otros matemáticos y estadísticos. Apreciándose como resultados de la investigación una discreta disminución de las manifestaciones de violencia en el aula, al comparar los resultados obtenidos antes y después de la intervención.
Como conclusiones se señala la efectividad del programa interventivo aplicado, recomendándose continuar trabajando en la implementación de propuestas interventivas encaminadas a la disminución de la violencia.
This work aims to implement the overall implementation of a program aimed at reducing interventive manifestations of violence in the seventh group of four studens of the school "Antonio Aucar" of the city of Santa Clara, based on personal reflection aboyut the demonstration violence behavior. For its implementation is a diagnosis of the main manifestations of violence present in the seven group of four high school "Antonio Aucar", obtaining the following diagnostic findings: Psychological violence in the classroom, peer violence is mostly physical and verbal demonstrating a lack of respect among peers. Violence by the teacher to students is mostly verbal, as a deterrent when the teenager failed to fulfill its orders or acts of indiscipline. Based on these findings is relevant diagnostic implement interventive program implementation proposed. Is applied through a pre-experiment supported by empirical methods: questionnaire, interview, among other mathematicians and statisticians. Appreciate as a result of the investigation a slight decrease of the manifestations of violence in the classroom, when comparing the results obtained before and after the intervention. As findings indicate the effectiveness of interventive program applied, recommended to continue working on the implementation of interventional proposals aimed at reducing violence.
