Diseño de un procedimiento para la evaluación del impacto de la capacitación en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Ramón López Peña del municipio de Colón.

Abstract

Hoy en día se habla de economía y sociedad del conocimiento, donde la ciencia y la técnica representan los motores propulsores del desarrollo. La capacidad del hombre de investigar, de reinventar, de crear soluciones creativas a problemas casi siempre complejos, son los boletos más seguros hacia la supervivencia, los resultados y el éxito. En todo el mundo, las empresas están cada vez más interesadas en asumir la responsabilidad que implica la formación, y están explorando diversos modos y técnicas para evaluar sus resultados. Los programas de formación deben responder directamente a los principales objetivos de la organización y a sus iniciativas estratégicas. La presente investigación se inscribe en este ámbito y se orienta esencialmente a proponer un procedimiento para la evaluación del impacto de la capacitación, en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Ramón López Peña del municipio de Colón. Para el estudio de alcance exploratorio-descriptivo, se utilizaron métodos de investigación teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos desde un enfoque dialéctico materialista. Como resultado fundamental, se aporta a la organización un procedimiento para evaluar el impacto de la formación, sustentando fundamentalmente en el modelo teórico de Donald Kirkpatrick, el mismo se estructura en 3 fases y 10 actividades, e incluye un grupo amplio de herramientas para la captura y análisis de datos. The formation programs should respond directly to the main objectives of the organization and their strategic initiatives. The present investigation registers in this environment and it is guided essentially to propose a procedure for the evaluation of the impact of the training, in the Managerial Unit of Base Ramón López Rock of the municipality of Columbus. For the study of exploratory-descriptive reach, theoretical, empiric and statistical investigation methods were used from a materialistic dialectical focus. As a result fundamental, it is contributed to the organization a procedure to evaluate the impact of the formation, sustaining fundamentally in Donald's theoretical pattern Kirkpatrick, the same one is structured in 3 phases and 10 activities, and it includes a wide group of tools for the capture and analysis of data.
