Resumen
Los recursos humanos son un factor determinante en las entidades de alojamiento ya que están en contacto directo con el cliente y deben ser capaces de brindar servicios con calidad, por lo que las empresas turísticas se han percatado que ellos son el activo más importante con que cuentan para alcanzar los objetivos trazados de ahí la necesidad de planificar sus recursos humanos adecuadamente. Las causas de esta nueva situación están dada por la aparición de las nuevas tecnologías, configuración de productos hoteleros más actuales, una demanda con otro tipo de necesidades, cambios culturales que afectan los hábitos y costumbres hoteleras de muchos clientes. Por lo que el Hotel Playa Cayo Santa María se está adentrando en transformar su conducta y capacidad en el marco de la Planificación de Recursos Humanos (PRH). La presente investigación tiene como objetivo elaborar la Planificación Estratégica de Recursos Humanos para el área de Regiduría de Pisos. Para dar cumplimiento a dicho objetivo se debe realizar un diagnóstico para conocer el estado actual de la PRH en el área y luego aplicar el procedimiento para elaborar dicha planificación. El principal resultado que se obtiene es la definición de la Planificación estratégica de Recursos Humanos
que contiene la plantilla y los perfiles de competencias idóneas para el área de Regiduría de Pisos a nivel de hotel con las necesidades reales y no a nivel de grupo. Se emplearon varios métodos y técnicas: observación directa, análisis y
síntesis, entrevistas, encuestas y técnicas de trabajo en grupo.

For it that it happens to me that the Playa Cayo Santa María Hotel is penetrating in transforming his conduct and capability in her frame Human Resources Planification. Show it investigation aims at designing Human Recourses's strategic Planification for Lodging's area to define said planification must accomplish me a diagnosis to know her present-day status Human Resources Planificationin the area for next applying the procedure for Human Recourses's strategic planification. The principal result that are obtained is the definition of Human Recourses's strategic Planification that contains the workers´s template and the suitable competitions profiles for Lodging's area of level of hotel with the real needs and level no of group.
