Identificar y evaluar los riesgos en los procesos definidos en el Cardiocentro “Ernesto Guevara” de Santa Clara

Abstract

Esta investigación se desarrolla en el Cardiocentro ´´Ernesto Guevara´´ de la ciudad de Santa Clara. Se persigue como propósito fundamental identificar los riesgos que están presentes en los procesos bajo estudio de dicha entidad, en vísperas de mejorar los servicios que se brindan y contribuir al inventario de riesgos de la institución. Para el logro de este objetivo se realiza primeramente una revisión bibliográfica del tema, consultando a los autores que han tratado los diferentes conceptos empleados en esta investigación. Luego se llevó a cabo un levantamiento de riesgos en las áreas del hospital que fueron estudiadas. Entre las principales técnicas y/o métodos utilizados en la investigación se encuentran la entrevista, el análisis documental, el trabajo en equipo y la metodología propuesta por (Escoriza Martinez, 2010) que posibilita la determinación y evaluación de los fallos, mediante un Análisis Modal de Fallos y Efectos (AMFE). Con lo anterior se obtuvo como resultado que la totalidad de los modos de fallos identificados en cada una de las actividades constituyen riesgos que pueden atentar contra la vida de las personas, por lo que deben ser controlados sin tener en cuenta su prioridad ya que cualquier evento adverso que suceda puede desencadenar una serie de complicaciones para los pacientes que reciben los servicios en la institución de salud.

This investigation is developed in the Cardiocentro ´´Ernesto Guevara´´ of Santa Clara's city. It is pursued as fundamental purpose to identify the risks that are present in the processes under study of this entity, in eves of to improve the services that you toast and to contribute to the inventory of risks of the institution. For the achievement of this objective he/she is carried out a bibliographical revision of the topic firstly, consulting to the authors that have treated the different concepts used in this investigation. Then it was carried out a rising of risks in the areas of the hospital that were studied. Among the main ones technical and/or methods used in the investigation are the interview, the documental analysis, the work in team and the methodology proposed for (Escoriza Martínez, 2010) that facilitates the determination and evaluation of the shortcomings, by means of a Modal Analysis of Shortcomings and Effects (AMFE). With the above-mentioned it was obtained as a result that the entirety in the ways of identified shortcomings in each one of the activities constitutes risks that can attempt against the life of people, for what you/they should be controlled without keeping since in mind its priority any adverse event that happens it can unchain a series of complications for the patients that receive the services in the institution of health.
