Elaboración de herramientas y metodología para el mejoramiento, manejo y gestión del hábitat en el municipio de Cabaiguán

Abstract

Cabaiguán, vinculado al Proyecto Hábitat II y en consonancia con los Lineamientos del Partido, acomete la gestión de los procesos de producción social del hábitat desde lo local, enfocando su planeación en la identificación de sus potencialidades para asegurar un desarrollo endógeno que contribuya a la rehabilitación del hábitat y tribute a un desarrollo sustentable. El diagnóstico que antecede arroja como déficit de la población que participa en la gestión del hábitat: la carencia de información a la población que construye su hábitat, en respuesta, este trabajo, ofrece las herramientas que informarán al ciudadano que participa y lo ayudarán a hacer viable y efectiva su gestión.

Within the framework of the Habitat II Project and in compliance with the Economic and Social Policy Guidelines of the Party, Cabaiguán undertakes the management of the processes of the social production of habitat at the local level, focusing planning on the identification of the endogenous development potentials that contribute to the rehabilitation of the habitat and to the sustainability of the process. However, the early diagnostic study identified the lack of information of the population involved in the management of habitat as a deficit. This paper provides the tools that will inform these citizens and thus will help them to make their habitat management viable and effective.
