| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo tiene como objetivo general Diseñar un Sistema de Gestión Logística de Distribución de materias primas con vista a mejorar la gestión del Canal de Abastecimiento con que cuenta la misma para que sus principales suministros lleguen en tiempo y forma para la realización de las producciones. Para ello se hace una profunda revisión de aspectos teóricos relacionados esencialmente con los inventarios y con la técnicas utilizadas para la Gestión de Sistemas Logísticos que permite sentar las bases del mismo, se hace una caracterización de la situación actual de la gestión de inventario de las unidades productoras y la realización de la distribución de materias primas desde el almacén central hasta cada una de las mismas con vista a lograr un uso racional y eficiente de los recursos en toda la cadena productiva en el Territorio llegando a definir los principales problemas que tiene que enfrentar la UEB Productora de Alimentos (EPPA) de Encrucijada para que su flujo productivo no se vea afectado por incongruencias en las distribución de las materias primas fundamentales. Para la realización del estudio se emplearon métodos y técnicas tales como: entrevistas, observación directa, revisión documental, elaboración de tablas, trabajo con expertos, procesamientos estadísticos, entre otros. Esta investigación es sólo el comienzo de un largo proceso que permitirá mediante la aplicación de otros modelos de Investigación de Operaciones perfeccionar el actual sistema de inventarios de la entidad. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This work takes general Diseñar as a target a System of Logistic Management of Distribution of prime matters with sight to improve the management of the Channel of Supplying with which the same one is provided{relies on} so that his principal provisions should come in time and forms for the achievement of the productions. For it there does a deep review of theoretical aspects related essentially to the inventories and to the skills{technologies} used for the Management of Logistic Systems that allows to sit the bases of the same one, there does a characterization{description} of the current situation of the inventor management of the producing units and the achievement of the distribution of prime matters from the central store up to each of the same ones with sight to achieve a rational and efficient use of the resources{resorts} in the whole productive chain in the Territory going so far as to define the principal problems that there has to face the Producing UEB of Food (EPPA) of Crossroads so that his productive flow does not turn out to be affected by incongruities in the distribution of the prime fundamental matters. For the achievement of the study methods and such skills{technologies} were used as{like}: interviews, direct observation, documentary review, making{preparation} of stage, work with experts, statistical prosecutions, between others. This investigation is only the beginning of a long process that will allow by means of the application of other models of Investigation of Operations to perfect the current system of inventories of the entity. | en_US |
