dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tributa al mejoramiento del desempeño ambiental de la Sucursal Caracol Villa Clara, a partir del diseño de un manual de buenas prácticas ambientales dirigido a la formación y capacitación de los Recursos Humanos de la organización, con el objetivo de crear en ellos habilidades y capacidades en función de lograr un desempeño ambientalmente responsable que responde a la máxima organizacional de distinguirse por un servicio personalizado y de excelencia al cliente. Para alcanzar este resultado fue elaborado un diagnóstico ambiental para identificar los aspectos, problemas e impactos ambientales que caracterizan hoy el desempeño de la entidad y, en consecuencia, fue estructurado un programa de acciones, cuyo cumplimiento da respuesta a la problemática ambiental de la Sucursal. El Manual de Buenas Prácticas Ambientales para tiendas Caracol es un documento con base científica, estructurado de manera clara, amena y sencilla, en formato impreso y digital, cuya sistematización incidirá positivamente en la formación y la capacitación de los Recursos Humanos de Caracol Villa Clara, en función del mejoramiento de la gestión ambiental organizacional, ya que las prácticas ambientales concebidas están estrechamente ligadas a cada una de las problemáticas identificadas en el diagnóstico. El mismo fue validado por criterio de especialistas y está avalado por la autoridad ambiental del territorio. Con la utilización de varios métodos e instrumentos científicos de investigación, se expone un resultado que claramente tributa a las prioridades de la ciencia y del sector en el territorio, en aras de avanzar hacia la sostenibilidad del desarrollo turístico cubano.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present work helps to the improvement of the environmental performance of the Caracol Division in Villa Clara, starting from the design of a manual of good environmental practices directed to the formation and training of the Human resources of the organization, with the objective to create in them, skills and capacities so as to achieve a responsible environmental behaviour that answers to the organizational maxim of distinguishing for a personalized and excellent service to the client. To reach this result an environmental diagnosis was prepared to identify the aspects, problems and environmental impacts that characterize the performance of the entity nowadays and, consequently, a program of actions was structured, which fulfilment gives an answer to the environmental problems of the Division. The Manual of Good Environmental Practices for Caracol shops is a document with scientific base, structured in a clear, lively and simple way, in printed and digital format, which systematization will impact positively in the formation and training of the Human resources of Caracol division in Villa Clara, according to the improvement of the organizational environmental management, since the environmental practices conceived are narrowly tied to each of the problems identified in the diagnosis. This one was validated by specialists' criterion and it is certified by the environmental authorities of the territory. With the use of several methods and scientific instruments of investigation, we show a clear result that helps the priorities of science and the needs of tourism in our territory, so as to go forwards in the Cuban tourist development and sustainability.en_US
