Perfeccionamiento de la organización del trabajo en el hotel Puerto Príncipe de la provincia de Camaguey

Abstract

El presente trabajo es el resultado de un estudio realizado en el hotel Puerto Príncipe situado en la ciudad de Camagüey. En el mismo se aborda un importante tema como es la organización del Trabajo y de este el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral. El objetivo fundamental de esta investigación es realizar un análisis del aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral de las áreas que han presentado quejas de organización en este hotel, como lo son el área de ama de llaves y el restaurant, y obtener las pérdidas de tiempo para después ser analizadas y buscar soluciones, para así lograr una calidad máxima en el servicio. Para realizar este análisis se decidió desglosarlo en: Elaboración de un marco-teórico para la investigación Diagnóstico de la organización del trabajo en el Hotel Puerto Príncipe. Resultados de la aplicación de los estudios de organización del trabajo. Medidas para la mejora de los problemas presentados Se utilizaron numerosas técnicas que sirvieron de soporte para lograr los resultados obtenidos y dar cumplimiento a los objetivos trazados, entre las que se encuentran la Fotografía individual detallada, Diagrama en planta, Diagrama de Flujo, Entrevistas y revisión de documentos. En el transcurso del estudio se encontraron muchísimos problemas, pero la aplicación de este para algunos de los principales áreas del Hotel, permitió en primer lugar transformar la visión que se tiene en la instalación lo que conlleva a mejorar los resultados generales del Hotel y dejar la investigación como punto de partida para los estudios de organización en otras áreas.The present work is the result of a study carried out in the hotel Port Prince located in the city of Camagüey. The fundamental objective of this investigation is lo carry out an analysis of the use of the labor day of the areas that have presented organization complaints in this hotel, as they are it owner's of keys area and the restaurant, and to obtain the losses of time for later to be analyzed and to look for solutions, it stops this way to achieve a maximum quality in the service. To carry out this analysis he/she decided to remove it in:  Elaboration of a mark-theoretical one for the investigation.  Diagnostic of the organization of the work in the Hotel Port Prince.  Results of the application of the studies of organization of the work.  Measures for the improvement of the presented problems. Numerous techniques were used that served of support to achieve the obtained results and to give execution to the objectives layouts, among those that are the detailed individual Picture, Diagram in plant, Diagram of Flow, Interviews and revision of documents. In the course of the study they were many problems, but the application of this for some of the main areas of the Hotel, he/she allowed in the first place the vision that one has in the installation what bears to improve the general results of the Hotel and to leave the investigation like starting point for the organization studies in other areas to transform.
