Resumen
El presente trabajo de Diploma que lleva por Título “Rehabilitación del Teatro Trianón de Cienfuegos” y tiene como objetivo general: recuperar una edificación concebida originalmente como teatro y que hoy está ocupado por oficinas en uno de los lugares más importantes dentro del Centro Histórico declarado patrimonio Cultural de la Ciudad. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo trazado se realizaron estudios detallados a la edificación, se elaboró un programa e idea conceptual para las bases de diseño obtenidas en el alcance y contenido y se estudiaron las normas y regulaciones vigentes propuestas las cuales son de vital importancia su cumplimiento. Para esto, se abordó la propuesta de concepción de un teatro de 262 plazas con 2 niveles para la ciudad de Cienfuegos ubicado en la Calle 37 (Prado) entre Santa Cruz y Santa Elena.
Dados los aconteceres en la cultura cienfueguera por su historia teatral; originada desde su fundación por colonos franceses, la misma alcanza un desenvolvimiento vertiginoso en el aspecto cultural y en todas las manifestaciones artísticas alcanzadas a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX.
Por esto el rescate de este antiguo Trianón, hoy Centro de Finanzas, para cumplir con las tradiciones de la provincia, se potenciarán los valores arquitectónicos y urbanísticos de la zona cumpliendo con las normas y regulaciones vigentes en el diseño de Rehabilitación y Nueva Obra de un teatro contemporáneo para la población. Para esto se realizó un análisis del repertorio de teatros en el mundo y de la normativa vigente para los mismos, así como también el rescate de las fachadas principales dados los valores que presentan.
The present work of Diploma will talk about a proposal at a conceptual design of a theater of 262 squares and 2 levels for the City of Cienfuegos, Cuba, that it´ll be located at Prado Avenue between Santa Cruz and Santa Elena Street. For all this events of Cienfuegos´s culture by its theatrical history caused since its antecedent because it was founded by French, it overtake a vertiginous development at the cultural sight and all the artistic manifestations attained since half second of Nineteen Century. For that, the rescue of this legendary Trianon Theater, today; changed in a Finances Center and Prices for execute with the traditions beginnings at the province. The attainment of architectonics and urbanistic’s values of the zone that it will be executed by regulations and norms on the rehabilitations designs and a new work of a modern theater to the people.
