Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de Desarrollar la iniciación de
Indagación Apreciativa como fase previa a un ciclo de 4-D que potencie los recursos
apreciativos presentes en la Empresa Eléctrica Cienfuegos. Desde una mirada
eminentemente cultural y positiva, se asume la alternativa cualitativa en función de la
cual se estableció como categoría de análisis: recursos apreciativos. El alcance de la
investigación fue descriptivo respondiendo a un diseño de estudio de caso único
global, o Tipo 1.
Para la recogida de la información se utilizaron como técnicas la investigación
bibliográfico-documental, revisión de documentos oficiales, la observación cualitativa,
la entrevista semiestructurada, así como el grupo de discusión. La muestra quedó
conformada por 23 miembros, de ellos 8 informantes clave, y 15 que integraron el
grupo de discusión.
Como principales resultados destacan la identificación de los recursos
apreciativos. Entre ellos la satisfacción propia de cada trabajador en función del
trabajo que desempeñan dentro de la organización. Los trabajadores ven su centro
de trabajo como un espacio de crecimiento personal y existe un reconocimiento de
los logros individuales y colectivos por parte de los diferentes grupos. La empresa
cuenta con un sistema de capacitación que propicia oportunidades para la
superación profesional del trabajador.
Se recomienda culminar adecuadamente la Iniciación de IA en la Empresa
Eléctrica al margen de los errores y deficiencias emergidas en la presente
investigación y continuar construyendo conciencia en los miembros de la empresa
respecto a la metodología a seguir.
This investigation was carried out with the objective of Developing the initiation of Appreciative Inquiry as previous phase to a cycle 4-D that potencies the resources appreciative present in the Electric Company of Cienfuegos. From an eminently cultural and positive look, the qualitative alternative is assumed in function of which settled down as analysis category: appreciative resources. The reach of the investigation went descriptive responding to a design of study of global unique case, or Type 1. For the collection of the information they were used as technical the bibliographical-documental investigation, revision of official documents, the qualitative observation, the interview semi-elaborated, as well as the discussion group. The sample was conformed by 23 members, of them 8 key informants and 15 that integrated the sample of the discussion group. As main results they highlight the identification of the appreciative resources. Among them the satisfaction characteristic of each worker in function of the work that you/they carry out inside the organization. The workers come their work center as a space of personal growth. The recognition of individual and collective achievements on the part of the different groups and the company has a training system that propitiates opportunities for the worker's professional development. It is recommend to conclude the initiation of the Appreciative Inquiry in the Electric Company of Cienfuegos and to continue building conscience in the members of the company regarding the methodology to continue.
