dc.description.abstractLa calidad es un tema de reciente desarrollo, ahora ya no se puede hablar de hacer las cosas bien sino mantener un nivel de calidad adecuado durante la realización de un producto o servicio. Anteriormente se creía que la calidad era demasiada costosa y por eso influía en las ganancias producidas por la empresa. Ahora se sabe que el buscar la calidad resulta bajar los costos de las empresas y una mayor ganancia. La presente investigación se realizó en el Fondo Cubano de Bienes Culturales en Villa Clara, teniendo como objetivo realizar la planificación de calidad del calzado artesanal, para brindar una guía que contribuya a la mejora de la calidad integral en la empresa. En la entidad se han presentado deficiencias en los productos artesanales trayendo consigo demandas de los clientes. Se emplean un conjunto de técnicas y herramientas las cuales son: entrevistas, revisión de documentos, diagrama causa-efecto, entre otras que permiten diagnosticar la situación de la organización, según la bibliografía consultada se llega a la conclusión que con el mapa de carretera de Juran se pueden corregir esas deficiencias. El estudio se estructura en el primer capítulo la fundamentación teórica de la investigación realizando un análisis de la planificación de un producto y cómo funciona un sistema de gestión de calidad en una empresa por las regulaciones vigentes y en el segundo capítulo se realiza una caracterización y un diagnóstico de la empresa para dar una posible solución al problema detectado.en_US
dc.description.abstractQuality is a topic of recent development, now you cannot talk about doing things right but maintain an adequate level of quality during the realization of a product or service. Previously it was believed that the quality was too expensive and therefore influenced the profits produced by the company. Now it is known that seeking quality results in lowering company costs and greater profit. The present investigation was carried out in the Cuban Fund of Cultural Property in Villa Clara, with the objective of carrying out the quality planning of artisanal footwear, to provide a guide that contributes to the improvement of the integral quality in the company. In the entity there have been deficiencies in handicraft products bringing customer demands. A set of techniques and tools are used which are: interviews, document review, cause-effect diagram, among others that allow diagnosing the situation of the organization, according to the bibliography consulted, it is concluded that with the road map of They swear those deficiencies can be corrected. The study is structured in the first chapter of the theoretical foundation of the research by conducting an analysis of the planning of a product and how a quality management system works in a company by current regulations and in the second chapter a characterization and a Company diagnosis to give a possible solution to the problem detected.en_US
