Resumen
El desarrollo del turismo en el país mantiene el perfeccionamiento de la modalidad de sol y playa, buscando continuamente la excelencia de sus hoteles y servicios como uno de los principales objetivos para la creciente obtención de ingresos al país.
En este sentido se propone este proyecto, que permitirá cualificar las ofertas que presta el Hotel Colonial Cayo Coco mediante el rescate de uno de sus servicios gastronómicos actualmente en desuso debido al alto nivel de deterioro, pero que presenta potencialidades reales de explotación. Fue considerado para reforzar las cimentaciones el Techno PIEUX, demostrando ser de gran efectividad y mínimo impacto ambiental.
Es planteada una propuesta de ideas conceptuales orientada hacia el rescate del Restaurante “El Dorado” ubicado en este Hotel, en la cayería norte de Ciego de Ávila. Para su realización se llevó a cabo una investigación relacionada con el turismo, que prueba la factibilidad de la misma. Fue elaborada una aproximación al programa arquitectónico que contempla el análisis del sitio, líneas de deseo e indicadores técnico – económicos, entre otros aspectos de importancia. Mientras que en un tercer momento se presentan resultados de diseño con documentación técnica y propuesta final de presupuesto necesario para su ejecución que ilustra la factibilidad.
The development of tourism in the country keeps improving the mode and tone of sun and sand, continually looking for the excellence of its hotels and services as one of the main objectives for increasing earnings to the country. In this sense this project is proposed, which will qualify the deals offered by the Hotel Colonial Cayo Coco by rescuing one of their Food Services currently unused due to the high level of deterioration, but that has real potential for explotation. To strengthen the foundations PIEUX Techno was considered, proving to be highly effective and minimal environmental impact. It's raised a proposed of conceptual ideas directed to the Rescue of “El Dorado” Restaurant located in this hotel, in the northern keys of Ciego de Ávila. An investigation related with tourism was developed, which proves its feasibility. It was developed an approach to the architectural program that includes site analysis, desire lines and technical-economic indicators, among other important things. In a third stage design results are presented with technical documentation and final budget proposal necessary for its implementation illustrating the feasibility.
