Procedimiento para la gestión de operaciones aeroportuarias en el aeropuerto internacional “Abel Santamaría Cuadrado”

Resumen
El presente trabajo de diploma se desarrolló en el aeropuerto internacional “Abel Santamaría Cuadrado” de la ciudad de Santa Clara, provincia Villa Clara, el cual tiene como principal función prestar servicios aeroportuarios a aeronaves y pasajeros. La tesis resume los resultados de la investigación que abordó como problema fundamental la no existencia de una herramienta para realizar una adecuada gestión de operaciones aeroportuarias en todos los niveles de decisión. En su contenido, muestra primeramente el marco teórico-referencial de la investigación con énfasis en las herramientas brindadas por diversos autores para la gestión de operaciones, y en su no adaptabilidad para las operaciones aeroportuarias. Como solución al problema de investigación planteado se expone el diseño de un procedimiento adaptado a las particularidades y características del sistema aeroportuario que permita erradicar las dificultades relacionadas con este aspecto, lo que constituye el principal aporte de la investigación y una herramienta efectiva en el proceso decisional. Con el objetivo de facilitar el entendimiento de la tesis se anexan tablas y gráficos con un conjunto de informaciones, además se logra un adecuado y ordenado uso de la bibliografía consultada a través del empleo del gestor de referencias bibliográficas EndNote.
The present diploma work was developed in the International Airport "Abel Santamaría Cuadrado" of Santa Clara's city, country Villa Clara that has as main function to lend services of airports to airships and passengers. The thesis summarizes the results of the investigation that it approached as fundamental problem the non-existence of a tool that allows to carry out an appropriate administration of operations airport in all the levels of the organization. In their content, it shows the mark firstly theoretical-referential of the investigation with emphasis in the tools toasted by diverse authors for the administration of operations, and in their non-adaptability for the operations airport. As solution to the outlined investigation problem, the design of a procedure is exposed adapted to the particularities and characteristic of the system airport that allows eradicating the difficulties related with this aspect, what constitutes the main contribution of the investigation and an effective tool in the process decisional. With the objective of facilitating the understanding of the thesis charts and graphics are annexed with a group of information, an appropriate and orderly use of the bibliography is also achieved consulted through the agents of bibliographical references employment EndNote.
