Resumen
El proceso de comercialización se desarrolla, dentro de un entorno que en la actualidad, es muy dinámico y que influye en el desarrollo de la estrategia comercial de la Empresa, es una herramienta de gestión comercial que propicia la coordinación de equipos, recursos y materiales en función de orientarse al cliente, pero que también genera ganancias, posición en el mercado e imagen. Esta temática es abordada en las condiciones de la empresa de Campismo Popular villaclareña, específicamente, el objeto de estudio práctico lo constituyen las Bases de Campismo del litoral norte de Corralillo, que presenta algunos problemas comerciales, debido fundamentalmente a que no establecen estrategias de comercialización para el incremento de la demanda, lo cual exige la orientación del negocio hacia el mercado y no hacia la operación. De ahí que el presente trabajo de diploma se plantee como objetivo fundamental la elaboración del plan de estratégico para las Bases de Campismo del litoral norte de Corralillo, ya que estas representan el 85 % de los ingresos de la provincia y un lugar importante a nivel de país, partir de la aplicación del procedimiento de Sainz (1995) que cuenta con un diseño sencillo, comprensible por los directivos y aplicable en el sector, define un conjunto de etapas en correspondencia con el procedimiento de diagnóstico utilizado que ya ha sido empleado en entidades del sector turístico y específicamente en la provincia de Villa Clara.
The process of commercialization is developed in an invirement, that at present it’s very dynamic and influences in the development of the commercial strategic of the enterprise, it’s a stoal of commercial negotiation that helpfull the equiments coordination, resources and materials in function of guide to the customer, but also it generates gains, position in the market and image. This topic is aboarded in the conditions of the villaclareña Popular Camping Enterprise, specifically, in it’s practice study object that constitute the Camping Bases of the North Litoral of Corralillo, that represents some commercial problems, due to the fact of the fundamentally that isn’t establish strategies of commercialization to increase the demand, it requires the orientation of business from the market and not from the operation. That’s why this research paper stablishid as fundamental objective the 9 elaboration of the strategic plans for the Camping Bases of the North Litoral of Corralillo, they represents the 85 porcient of the province incomes and an important place to all over the country, beginning from the application of the Sainz (1995) procedure counts with a simple design, comprehensible by the managing and applicable in the section, it defines a joint of stages in correspondence with the procedure of used diagnose that it has already been used in entities of the tourist section and specifically in the Villa Clara province.
