Abstract
El presente trabajo propone un Sistema de Variables que defina la apropiabilidad de tecnologías para la construcción de nuevas viviendas a escala municipal. A partir de un diagnóstico realizado a los factores que influyen actualmente en la oferta de tecnologías para la construcción, se confirma que el surtido de tecnologías ofertadas responde a criterios técnicos de producción nacional de materiales y ejecución de obra, obviando otros factores importantes a escala municipal. Se realiza la propuesta del Sistema de
Variables a partir del estudio de antecedentes internacionales relacionados con el tema y el diagnóstico realizado en cinco municipios de la provincia de Villa Clara. El sistema propuesto está formado por variables que definen las tecnologías apropiadas según las características propias del municipio, incentivando la producción local de materiales y sustituyendo la introducción de productos externos. Este resultado se obtuvo partiendo de la aplicación de los métodos de investigación teórica, empírica y estadística. El sistema fue valorado a través de la aplicación del método criterio de expertos, con
resultados satisfactorios al considerar la propuesta pertinente por su contribución al beneficio de la población y a la economía nacional.
The present work proposes a System of Variables that defines the apropiabilidad of technologies for the construction of new housings to municipal scale. Starting from a diagnosis carried out to the factors that influence at the moment in the offer of technologies for the construction, you confirms that the selection of offered technologies responds to technical approaches of national production of materials and work execution, obviating other important factors to municipal scale. He/she is carried out the proposal of the System of Variables starting from the study of international antecedents related with the topic and the diagnosis carried out in five municipalities of the county of Villa Clara. The proposed system is formed by variables that define the appropriate technologies according to the characteristics characteristic of the municipality, motivating the local production of materials and substituting the introduction of external products. This result was obtained leaving of the application of the methods of theoretical, empiric investigation and statistic. The system was valued through the application of the method approach of experts, with satisfactory results when considering the pertinent proposal for its contribution to the population's benefit and the national economy.
